Who does Stelloxy Advisory work with?

Stelloxy Advisory works with businesses in two industries. In building and construction, it works with QBCC Category 2 to 7 builders, developers and project SPVs, and civil, earthmoving and equipment businesses. In mining and natural resources, it works with mine operators and developers (ML and MDL), explorers (EPM holders and CEI recipients), quarries and extractive industries, petroleum and gas tenure holders (ATP and PL), and small and specialty miners.

How much does Stelloxy Advisory cost?

Accounting and tax bundled together starts from $125 a month or $1,250 a year for a small business, $265 a month or $2,680 a year for a company or trust, and $660 a month or $6,699 a year for a multi-entity group. Annual tax and compliance on its own starts from $390, $1,290 or $2,290 a year, and accounting and financial management from $1,100, $1,850 or $5,600 a year, for the same three bands.

These are starting prices from the September 2026 price and scope schedule. All fees exclude GST and software, and the final fee is confirmed after review. Category 4 to 7 builders, developers and project SPVs, civil and earthmoving businesses, quarries, petroleum and gas tenure holders, and small and specialty miners are engaged by project and quoted before work starts.

Can Stelloxy Advisory help with QBCC annual financial reporting?

Yes. Stelloxy Advisory prepares a QBCC annual reporting figures pack ready to lodge, screens net tangible assets, current ratio and maximum revenue before you lodge, warns you before you trip a reporting trigger, and provides Minimum Financial Requirements (MFR) support. For 2026 QBCC annual reporting, lodgement opens 1 August and is due 31 December, with figures assessed at 30 June. Category 1 to 3 licensees upload management accounts; Category 4 to 7 licensees lodge signed general purpose financial statements.

Do I have to change accountants to use Stelloxy Advisory?

No. Stelloxy Advisory gives an independent commercial second opinion on your figures before they are lodged, without replacing your accountant. If you want Stelloxy Advisory to take on the work itself, its bundled packages cover annual tax and compliance — reviewed, approved, signed and lodged by a registered tax agent — as well as accounting and financial management.

Can Stelloxy Advisory help mining suppliers with prequalification?

Yes. BHP, Rio Tinto, Glencore, Fortescue, Santos, Woodside and Newmont each run supplier prequalification, where financial capacity is assessed alongside insurance, WHS and ESG, and prequalification renews continuously. Stelloxy Advisory reads your numbers before a principal does: it screens net tangible assets, current ratio and working capital before you submit, and warns you before a covenant or obligation puts your position at risk.

What can Stelloxy Advisory help a business fund?

Stelloxy Advisory helps businesses fund plant and equipment, vehicles and fleet, refinance and sale and leaseback, working capital and debtor finance, senior and construction debt, mezzanine and stretch senior debt, project and resources funding structures, and equity and investor readiness. It models the funding before you sign and compares funders rather than working a single relationship. Funder introductions are included in the package fee; a funding-readiness pack and detailed modelling are quoted.

Who are the partners at Stelloxy Advisory?

Stelloxy Advisory has two partners. Katrina Stratford (CPA, MBA) is Partner, Finance, with more than 16 years of experience across banking, investment and accounting; her specialities are debt structuring, project and development funding, and capital raising. Andrew McVinish, a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in tax planning and advisory, is Partner, Accounting & Tax, and leads the firm’s tax planning and advisory work.
